I have been to this location multiple times and I must say that the staff is not very friendly. To my knowledge, I thought every customer who walks in is supposed to be greeted and I probably only was once or twice. All of the girls looked young, most likely in high school. Good for them for having a job, but please do not work in a customer service industry if you're going to just be miserable the whole time. Other than that, my ice cream is always good! I tend to get the same thing every time which is the peanut butter devotion. My brother is allergic to peanuts so it is great that they can accommodate allergies by preparing ice cream on a separate surface.

It's a typical ice cream place. The ice cream is tasty, and the place is clean. The customer service is not the Cold Stone I remember. There is no sense of urgency. The staff just wiped down counters, did almost anything to avoid serving the long line of customers. I think I spent a shorter amount of time in line at the MVA. And when I finally was served, it was without a smile or a thank you, even when I gave a tip. Not that I was expecting a song with a tip (like Cold Stones in the past), but I was disappointed. If you're craving Cold Stone, you could probably come here. But there are much friendlier places to go.

My cousin and I arrived 30 minutes before closing time. We did not get the warm reception I am used to when I visit other Cold stone locations. The two employees were in the process of preparing for closing putting things away and sweeping. They made our ice cream but they seemed to be rushing us out of the store. It made me laugh when when we left because when we left two more people pulled up and went in. Oh well.

Poor service this evening.. I know it was a dreary day but no need to act like we the customers are a bother. It was 2 females and one male working. The place wasn't busy there was a family of four in front us but really? The attitudes weren't needed. My husband and my self will not return.

Typical Cold Stone ice cream parlor in the midst of a Glen Burnie strip mall. Service and product were about what you'd expect for a place like this - nothing outstanding, but nothing terrible either. There's a rather large seating area outside, which is nice, but there's not much of a view other than a parking lot and Ritchie Highway right above it, so take that as you will. I find Cold Stone a bit pricey for what you get, but that's also to be expected, I suppose. I'd only come here if I had a craving, as the product itself is not waist-line friendly if you know what I'm saying. (Ice cream with mixed-in sweets? Uh, just no.) I still prefer Rita's, but this was a nice distraction.

Great service from the Asian guy on shift right now. He was patient with me and gave suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted. Very happy. Will come back when my Coldstone craving hits again. I wish I had cash on me so I could leave him a tip.

Now, roll over to CSC. Cold Stone's ice cream is so creamy, you know you will pack a lot of calories in your love handles. Of course, when its summer time, expect to be in line. This store gets the people. For big twos and love toppings, expect to pay $20.
